Corporate Strategy Lead – UAE National

About the role

This position joins a high‑performing strategy team that supports senior leadership on critical business and investment decisions. You will gain exposure to corporate strategy, portfolio management, market analysis and growth initiatives across a large, diversified organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of corporate and business‑unit strategies.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and industry benchmarking.
• Assess investment opportunities and contribute to strategic growth projects.
• Build financial models and business cases to evaluate key decisions.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify value‑creation opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• UAE national with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 4‑7 years of experience in strategy, corporate planning, consulting or investments.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience developing business cases.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in infrastructure, utilities, energy or other asset‑heavy industries is a plus.
