Corporate Tax Senior Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to join a leading corporate tax team focused on the UAE and GCC region. In this role you will provide high‑level technical advice, lead implementation of tax strategies, and manage a team of junior consultants while maintaining a client‑centric approach.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver expert technical advice on complex corporate tax matters and transactions across the UAE and other GCC countries.
• Assist clients in designing and implementing efficient corporate tax strategies and compliance frameworks.
• Provide clarification on ambiguous tax issues and ensure clients understand regulatory requirements.
• Support tax functions in adapting to rapid legislative changes and resource optimisation.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to contribute to firm growth.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for inquiries.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Significant experience in corporate tax advisory, preferably within the UAE or GCC.
• Proven ability to lead and develop junior consultants.
• Strong client‑relationship management and business development skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
