Cost Manager Post-contract

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a detail‑oriented Cost Manager – Post‑contract to join its Dubai team. You will support the Commission Manager by taking ownership of post‑contract cost management activities, ensuring client objectives are met through accurate financial control and contract administration.

Key responsibilities

• Administer post‑contract services including interim applications, change control processes, variation valuations and extension of time claims in line with FIDIC and other standard form contracts.
• Monitor actual expenditures, commitments and forecasts to keep costs aligned with approved budgets.
• Review and validate contractor invoices and change orders for accuracy and contractual compliance.
• Produce timely cost reports, forecasts and financial reconciliations for clients and project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors and other stakeholders to resolve cost‑related issues.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience in post‑contract cost management within construction, infrastructure or real‑estate projects.
• Familiarity with FIDIC and other standard form contracts.
