About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a detail‑oriented Cost Manager to join its Ras Al Khaimah team. In this post‑contract role you will own the financial performance of construction and development projects, ensuring accuracy, transparency and strategic value delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop, review and present comprehensive project cost estimates, including construction costs, fees and ancillary expenses.
  • Provide value‑engineering recommendations and risk assessments to clients.
  • Manage vendor pre‑qualification and bid processes, assess proposals, conduct bid interviews and make strategic recommendations.
  • Establish and maintain cost‑reporting schedules, preparing detailed cost reports and forecasts.
  • Monitor and control project costs by reviewing payment applications, liaising with project managers on contractor entitlements, and evaluating change‑order requests.
  • Implement dispute‑prevention and resolution procedures and maintain commercial risk registers.
