Counter Intrusion Trainer – Technical Training for Defense Systems

About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking a Counter Intrusion Trainer to deliver technical instruction on its Counter‑UAS (CUAS) systems to military users across the Middle East. You will act as a subject‑matter expert, ensuring operators and maintainers achieve full competency in real‑world threat environments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver New Equipment Training and Train‑the‑Trainer courses for international operators.
• Lead presentations and hands‑on instruction at customer sites, hazard zones and Anduril test facilities.
• Design simulated training scenarios aligned with user missions and operational contexts.
• Create, shape and manage training collateral, including manuals and digital resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams to capture user feedback, identify pain points and drive product adoption.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of Anduril’s CUAS products and their application in defense missions.
• Experience delivering technical training in challenging or hazardous environments.
• Strong communication skills to work across multidisciplinary internal teams.
• Passion for teaching cutting‑edge technology and supporting the air‑defense mission.
• Ability to develop training material independently and own end‑to‑end customer experience.
