Counter Sales Advisor Cum Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Counter Sales Advisor Cum Coordinator to join our sales team in Dubai. The role combines front‑line customer interaction with internal coordination to drive sales of building‑material products and ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Process sales transactions, handle payments and keep accurate sales records.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understand needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with sales, inventory and marketing teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming sales counter and ensure a professional environment.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues and follow up on requests.
• Assist with inventory management, monitor stock levels and trigger re‑ordering when necessary.
• Support marketing initiatives by promoting sales events and special offers.
• Stay updated on building‑materials trends and product specifications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe workplace.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales and coordination role, preferably within building‑materials or construction retail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a proactive attitude.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and business demands.

Required skills
