Country Manager – Collections

About the role

The Country Manager will lead Atradius Collections in the United Arab Emirates, overseeing profit and loss, operations, client relations and the sales team. This senior position is responsible for driving revenue growth, improving service delivery and ensuring strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for local stakeholders, including Atradius Credit Insurance, customers, channel partners and trade associations.
• Build and maintain internal relationships with Atradius Credit Insurance country management and streamline service delivery to insured customers.
• Drive collections priorities to generate sales, increase inflow, improve operational processes and maximise profit.
• Implement global processes and procedures while adapting them to local requirements and initiatives.
• Develop and monitor management information reporting and analysis for the location.
• Ensure proactive communication and performance in case handling.
• Increase profitable inflow and new business from non‑insured customers, focusing on large multinational organisations and shared‑service channels.
• Collaborate closely with the Regional Manager, APAC to optimise commercial activities across the region.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing P&L responsibilities for a country or regional business unit.
• Demonstrated ability to lead operations, client relations and sales teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with external partners, insurers and trade associations.
• Experience in collections, credit insurance or related financial services is preferred.
• Ability to implement and localise global processes and programmes.
