Country Manager – UAE

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Country Manager to lead Fasset's operations and growth in the UAE. You will be the face of Fasset in‑market, owning partnerships, regulatory relationships, community growth, and user acquisition to establish Fasset as the #1 stablecoin neobank in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Own Fasset's P&L, growth targets, and market strategy for the UAE.
• Build and manage relationships with local partners, merchants, and financial institutions.
• Lead in‑market user acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives.
• Represent Fasset with regulators, government bodies, and industry associations in the UAE.
• Recruit, manage, and develop a local team including community ambassadors and business development staff.
• Provide market intelligence, competitive analysis, and localisation recommendations to headquarters.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a country or market lead role, preferably in fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Deep network and understanding of the UAE financial, technology, or startup ecosystem.
• Track record of driving growth and managing cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in local language(s) of the UAE strongly preferred.
• Experience with crypto, stablecoins, or digital assets (nice to have).
• Established regulatory relationships in the UAE (nice to have).
