CPMO – Program Manager (Banking)

About the role

Synechron is seeking an experienced CPMO (Program Manager) to lead large‑scale transformation initiatives within its Banking division in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on delivering complex programmes, designing operating models, and driving enterprise‑wide change while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑year banking transformation programmes.
• Define and govern portfolio and value‑stream management frameworks.
• Design operating models and change‑management strategies across business units.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Ensure programme governance, risk mitigation, and performance tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Agile methodologies.

Required profile

• University degree in Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or equivalent; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• Agile, Scaled Agile, Lean, PMP or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in large‑scale transformation, programme delivery, or enterprise change management.
• At least 8‑10 years leading complex programmes, preferably within Banking or Financial Services.
