Creative Lead - Events & Experiential

About the role

LINKVIVA, founded in 2003 and active across the Middle East, is looking for a Creative Lead for its website. The role drives the visual identity, storytelling and artistic direction of events and activations, moving ideas from concept to execution. It is a hands-on leadership position focused on delivering visually powerful, immersive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualisation of creative ideas for events, activations and experiential campaigns
• Define and maintain visual identity and branding across projects
• Develop and present storyboards, mood boards and visual concepts
• Direct artistic vision across set design, environments, lighting and visual elements
• Ensure creative output aligns with client objectives and project goals
• Lead, mentor and inspire a team of designers and creatives
• Oversee execution and quality, and collaborate with production and technical teams
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders and stay ahead of industry trends

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or a related field
• Proven experience as a Creative Lead in events or experiential environments
• Strong portfolio and proven leadership and team management experience
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D design software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Technical awareness of production, materials and build
• Nice to have: Unreal Engine or advanced 3D visualisation tools, immersive or tech-driven experience, large-scale event or festival work
