Creator Education Partnership Operations Intern

About the role

The Creator Education Partnership Operations Intern will support TikTok LIVE’s Service Provider Team across the MENA region. This role offers hands‑on experience in managing live‑stream visual upgrades, quality control, and creator training while working closely with local service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end service provider workflows, including creator scheduling, equipment delivery, on‑site installation, and post‑setup follow‑up.
• Enforce visual quality standards (lighting, composition, background) and conduct pre‑ and post‑upgrade audits.
• Audit setups against scoring rubrics, flag non‑compliant cases, and drive corrective actions.
• Track metrics such as upgrade volume, completion rate, and visual improvement score; maintain weekly dashboards and performance reports.
• Develop and update technical guidance for lighting, camera, and background setups; support creator training sessions and create tutorial materials.
• Collaborate with LIVE Operations, Creator Education, Data teams, and local service providers to align quality standards and project goals.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Media, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Full‑time availability starting January 2027 in Dubai.
• Strong interest in live streaming, creator economy, and visual production.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic or Turkish.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, with basic Excel/data skills.
• Good communication and cross‑team coordination abilities.
