Crew Scheduler (UAE Nationals Only)

About the role

We are seeking a UAE national to join Etihad’s Operations Team as a Crew Scheduler. In this role you will ensure seamless airline operations by managing crew activities, resolving operational challenges and supporting safe, efficient flight delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily crew operations to maintain uninterrupted flight schedules.
• Identify potential disruptions to crew rosters and implement contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with civil aviation regulations, company policies and operating manuals.
• Communicate with flight and cabin crew, providing timely support and guidance.
• Manage crew legality, utilization, fatigue, overtime and operational requirements.
• Utilize standby crew to maintain network reliability.
• Collaborate with Operations Control, Crew Planning, Airport Operations and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate operational records and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma, bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in airline operations.
• Good understanding of airline operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
