About the role
We are looking for a strategic, data‑driven CRM Manager to shape and execute customer relationship strategies that boost engagement, retention and long‑term value. You will work closely with marketing, sales, product and analytics teams to ensure communications are relevant, timely and aligned with business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Design, launch and optimise multi‑channel CRM campaigns.
- Develop and maintain customer segmentation models.
- Analyse customer behaviour, lifecycle data and conversion metrics.
- Create customer journeys and map touch‑points.
- Monitor campaign performance and conduct A/B testing.
- Maintain high data quality within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align messaging with product and sales initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics or related field.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Commercial awareness and a customer‑focused mindset.
