CRM & Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

Immersive Experiences is seeking a data‑driven CRM & Performance Marketing Executive to accelerate growth across its entertainment brands in the UAE and MENA region. You will own the end‑to‑end customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention, using data‑led strategies and digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain CRM databases, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and hygiene across all brands.
• Design and execute customer lifecycle journeys, including lead nurturing, re‑activation, upsell and loyalty campaigns.
• Plan, launch, monitor and optimise paid digital campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn and programmatic/display platforms.
• Allocate and optimise campaign budgets to maximise ROI and ROAS, conducting A/B tests on creatives, audiences and landing pages.
• Track and analyse KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, CLV and retention, producing weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Maintain marketing automation tools, integrate CRM with sales systems and improve lead routing and pipeline visibility.
