About the role
The Crust Kitchen Commis I supports the culinary team at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi, ensuring high standards of food preparation and contributing to the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to standard procedures, recipe cards, photographs and given instructions.
- Assist the Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie or senior Commis in developing and adhering to standard recipes.
- Participate in product development and support efficient kitchen workflow.
- Apply knowledge of cuisines and food‑service sanitation to perform duties efficiently.
Required profile
- Ability to follow standard recipes and maintain strict compliance.
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
- Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards.
