Culinary Talent Pool – Kitchen Roles

About the role

Dubai Holding is creating a Food & Beverage Culinary Talent Pool for its hospitality destinations across Dubai. This pool will be used to source candidates for future kitchen positions such as Commis, Demi Chef de Partie and Chef de Partie.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present food to high‑quality and consistency standards.
• Support daily kitchen operations across assigned sections.
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen colleagues to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper storage within the kitchen.
• Assist with cost control, minimize waste, and follow standard recipes and procedures.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar culinary role, preferably in a luxury or high‑volume environment.
• Basic to strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
• Passion for culinary arts and delivering high‑quality dining experiences.
