About the role
Join Cap Store UAE’s dedicated team delivering bespoke headwear solutions. As a Custom Cap Designer you will translate client ideas into finished caps, ensuring each piece meets the brand’s high standards of quality and creativity.
Key responsibilities
- Develop original cap designs based on customer briefs.
- Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and construction methods.
- Oversee printing and embroidery processes to guarantee accurate reproduction of artwork.
- Conduct quality checks throughout production to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with production staff to resolve any manufacturing issues.
Required profile
- Basic knowledge of various cap styles and construction techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and quality‑control mindset.
- Experience or background in custom apparel, embroidery, printing, or fashion production is advantageous.
