Technical Services Executive – MEA

About the role

Join Aman Group’s design team in Dubai as a Technical Services Executive, supporting the development and implementation of design standards across the Middle East and Africa region. Reporting to the Director of Design & Technical Services, you will help translate design intent into high‑quality built outcomes for luxury hotels, residences and resorts.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate design activities across internal teams and external consultants, preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up on actions.
• Develop and monitor project and design program schedules, tracking milestones and deliverables.
• Manage information flows and data exchange between corporate, project and external teams.
• Prepare project presentations, reports and maintain documentation such as drawing logs and approval records.
• Review consultant submissions, including drawings, reports and material boards, ensuring compliance with Aman standards.
• Participate in site meetings and provide on‑site coordination support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in design or architecture.
• Minimum three years of experience as an architect, interior designer or design coordinator.
• Familiarity with luxury hotel, residence or resort project delivery.
• Strong verbal and written English communication; additional languages a plus.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure and with cultural sensitivity.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of Bluebeam Revu.
• Experience with Smartsheet project‑management tool.
