About the role
The Customer Care Executive will be the primary point of contact for Al Futtaim Finance clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly. You will work to enhance satisfaction, resolve complaints, and uphold high service standards across all communication channels.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain SLA compliance for calls, emails and complaints while tracking key performance metrics.
- Resolve customer complaints within defined timelines, aiming for first‑contact resolution.
- Monitor and improve CSAT and NPS scores to boost overall customer experience.
- Ensure accurate and complete CRM/case data and adhere to SOPs, policies and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or a related field.
- 1‑2 years of experience in customer care or contact centre environments, preferably within financial services in the UAE or GCC.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
