About the role
Join Al Tayer Motors as a Customer Care Representative, welcoming customers courteously and providing efficient phone support to enhance comfort and satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring visitors are attended to promptly by the appropriate personnel.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in telemarketing activities during campaigns.
- Handle customers in‑person and over the phone, providing information, service bookings and guidance.
- Welcome service customers, arrange seating and keep them comfortable until the Service Advisor attends.
- Direct customers to the relevant advisor and follow up for feedback on their visits.
- Arrange quick attendance to reduce waiting time and boost satisfaction.
- Support reception in managing courtesy vehicles and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the reception area.
Required profile
- High school certificate.
- 1‑2 years of relevant customer service experience.
- Customer service certification is an advantage.
- Experience in a multicultural environment.
- Well‑groomed with a pleasant personality.
- Excellent communication skills.
