About the role
As a Customer Development Representative for Mars in Dubai, you will be the face of our brands at the point of sale. Working directly in stores, you will translate brand strength into measurable sales results and grow our market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a key account and drive its commercial growth.
- Secure new product listings and improve shelf presentation.
- Ensure product availability, share‑of‑shelf, planogram compliance, and execution of promotional activities.
- Use market data and customer insights to increase sales volume and market share.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Customer Marketing and CCSL while maintaining day‑to‑day relationships with account heads, store managers and merchandisers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or retail.
- Strong communication, negotiation and commercial instincts.
- Knowledge of the UAE retail landscape is a distinct advantage.
- Professional fluency in English.
