Customer Excellence Systems (ACES) Specialist – UFG

About the role

Amazon Now is building a new organization that designs and launches innovative business models across the MENA region. As a Customer Excellence Systems (ACES) Specialist you will drive process excellence for the Amazon Now store network, providing teams with the knowledge and tools needed to improve performance and deliver the best customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Amazon Now store improvement plan to achieve top‑customer experience at the lowest cost.
• Develop and embed a culture of continuous improvement and lean thinking across all store teams.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and support the implementation of Lean Standard Work and SOPs.
• Train and coach associates at all levels on Kaizen and Lean principles.
• Lead daily Gemba walks, identify root‑causes and drive rapid counter‑measures.
• Coordinate the Leadership Steering Committee (LSC) and prioritize improvement activities and resources.
• Standardize processes to Amazon and MENA/ECCF benchmark standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with process owners and third‑party stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in spoken, written and read English.
• Relevant experience at Amazon or with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel between stores across the UAE.
• Experience in continuous‑improvement environments; knowledge of Kaizen, PDCA and Six Sigma is a plus.
• Background in e‑commerce, retail or advertising preferred.
