Two Wheel Driver

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Two Wheel Driver to join our logistics team in Dubai. The role involves delivering items to customers and internal units, ensuring timely and safe transport while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers or units safely and on time.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness and correct charges.
• Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules while providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and arrange repairs as needed.
• Prepare delivery reports and related documentation.
• Pick up office purchases or other administrative items as required.
• Ensure compliance with all transportation laws and maintain a clean driving record.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery complaints professionally.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid UAE two‑wheel driver’s license.
• 1–3 years of UAE experience as a licensed driver.
• Basic English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Experience in pharmaceutical delivery is a plus.
• Ability to manage time effectively and provide excellent customer service.
