Customer Happiness Ambassador

About the role

The Tajdeed Vocational Training Center is seeking a Customer Happiness Ambassador to be the primary point of contact for clients and students at its Dubai campus. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, handling inquiries, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the student journey.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the front‑of‑house representative for all incoming client and student inquiries via phone, email, and face‑to‑face.
• Process service requests, program enrollment details, and general consultations.
• Resolve complaints promptly using active listening and effective problem‑solving techniques.
• Collect feedback from course participants to support continuous improvement of training programs.
• Maintain accurate interaction logs and update the CRM database to support long‑term customer retention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer service or client‑facing roles.
• Full professional fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal and conflict‑resolution abilities.

Required skills

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) usage.
• Issue resolution and frontline administrative support.
• Active listening and cross‑departmental coordination.
