Customer Relationship Officer

About the role

The Customer Relationship Officer will work at the BR‑Al Barsha branch in Dubai, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and representing ADIB’s warm brand image. The role combines operational control, product knowledge, and continuous improvement of financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and verify deposit account documentation, handle related inquiries, and ensure compliance with KYC and Central Bank instructions.
• Manage finance account documentation, process finance applications, maintain customer files, and input data accurately into systems.
• Sell and cross‑sell ADIB products, promote the bank’s image, and meet monthly sales targets.
• Supervise and coordinate staff, plan training, and conduct performance appraisals.
• Support CRM with budget variance comments, internal audit responses, and workflow improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Achieve monthly budget and sales targets for financial products.
• Identify and recommend process improvements at least annually.
• Prepare detailed responses to internal audit and ICD comments.
• Adhere to ADIB policies, operational controls, and regulatory compliance.

Required skills

• Broad knowledge of ADIB’s retail banking financial products and services.
• Thorough understanding of ADIB’s retail credit and operational policies and procedures.
• Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and associated risks.
• Familiarity with regulations issued by the Central Bank of UAE.
