Director Market Product Specialist

About the role

The Director Market Product Specialist will provide cross‑asset dealing and advisory services to Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors and Portfolio Advisors within the Wealth and Retail Bank. This senior position is responsible for delivering investment returns, meeting product budget targets and driving client‑focused solutions across multiple asset classes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide cross‑asset ideation, market and product information, and execution for clients and internal advisors.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of Structured Products, Fixed Income, FX and Digital Assets, coordinating with external counterparties, legal and compliance teams.
• Analyse client portfolios for product life‑cycle management and prepare trade ideas for the Retail Bank.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with UHNW customers, RMs, Investment Advisors and professional trading counterparties.
• Represent Capital Markets Products & Solutions (CMPS) on client, industry and internal forums.
• Collaborate with CMPS partners in other regions to ensure seamless advice and execution across geographies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent English.
