Customer Service Agent – Airport & Contact Centre (Part‑Time)

About the role

Join the Emirates Group, a leading global airline and air services provider, as part of its Customer Service team in Dubai. You will receive extensive training covering systems and service skills before being placed in one of several areas such as Emirates Airport Services, dnata, Marhaba services, or the Contact Centre.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist passengers at Dubai International Airport, handling check‑in, boarding, arrivals, baggage, and special assistance needs.
• Provide personalized support to VIP guests, families, unaccompanied minors, and passengers requiring extra help as a Marhaba Service Agent.
• Handle inbound customer enquiries across multiple channels, offering travel advice, resolving issues, and promoting sales in the Contact Centre.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• High school certificate or equivalent, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to work shifts and wear a uniform.
• Basic PC literacy with ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and email on a Windows platform.
