About the role
We are seeking a Call Center Executive to handle both inbound and outbound customer calls, delivering accurate information and resolving issues efficiently. The role is based in Dubai and focuses on maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Resolve complaints and customer issues efficiently.
- Record customer interactions and update information in the system.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Meet customer service and call‑handling targets.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer concerns.
Required profile
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Professional, patient, and customer‑focused attitude.
