Customer Service Agent – Airport Operations

About the role

The Customer Service Agent ensures safe and efficient transport of guests within the airport terminal and provides accurate information to passengers. Working on‑site at Dubai’s Midfield Terminal, you will support travelers of all types, including elderly, children and people of determination, while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Transport ADAC guests safely within the terminal and coordinate buggy transport for arrivals and departures.
• Provide clear, concise information on airport rules, regulations, facilities (lounges, gates, banks, restaurants, ATMs, toilets, information counters, airline offices, etc.).
• Attend briefings, follow hand‑over procedures and adhere to ADA SOPs, including lift‑entrapment and panic‑alarm processes.
• Collect on‑the‑spot passenger feedback and report faults or unattended items to the relevant teams.
• Coordinate with Midfield Terminal stakeholders and other airport representatives to resolve customer issues.
• Support passengers during emergencies and ensure compliance with ADA standards, policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills to deliver information clearly to diverse passengers.
• Willingness to attend regular briefings and follow established SOPs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with airport staff and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail for reporting faults, feedback and unattended items.
