Customer Service Agent – English Speakers

About the role

Wheely is looking for an English‑speaking Customer Service Agent to join its fast‑growing team in Dubai Internet City. You will be the voice of the brand, assisting both passengers and chauffeurs through calls, live chat and email while upholding the company’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier customer service across multiple channels (phone, chat, email).
• Protect customers’ time by meeting operational SLAs.
• Maintain luxury communication standards and achieve satisfaction targets.
• Investigate, resolve and follow up on passenger and chauffeur issues promptly.
• Prioritise, document and escalate feedback to senior management and relevant teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience.

Required profile

• Passion for exceptional customer service.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role within the luxury service industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑paced contact‑center environment.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends, on‑site.
• Technical proficiency with standard office tools.
• Additional languages (French, Arabic) and call‑centre experience are a plus.
