Customer Service Coordinator – City Center Mirdif

About the role

The Customer Service Coordinator will be the face of City Center Mirdif, providing accurate information and assistance to shoppers. Working under the guidance of a Supervisor and Team Leader, you will ensure the Information Desk runs smoothly and delivers a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of mall assets, services, stores, layout and promotional activities.
• Operate the Customer Service Information Desk, answering queries in person and by phone.
• Provide clear directions, event details and general assistance to visitors.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints according to established policies and Service Level Agreements.
• Execute the Gift Card program and ensure all payment handling follows company procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a reputable shopping centre or luxury hotel, preferably within the GCC or abroad.
