Customer Service Executive – Dubai

About the role

The company B SAFE SAFETY & SECURITY CONSULTANCY is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join its Dubai team. The role combines sales and customer service responsibilities within the safety and construction sector, focusing on building and maintaining client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain relationships with customers throughout the customer life cycle.
• Develop sales strategies based on existing networks and market insights.
• Identify and engage potential customers to generate new accounts.
• Provide technical advice on product and service offerings.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Offer pre‑sales technical assistance and after‑sales support.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in construction or safety services.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment and meet deadlines.
