About the role
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and open new markets for a fast‑growing storage and logistics provider in Dubai. The role focuses on both B2C and B2B segments across the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients across individuals, SMEs, e‑commerce, retail and logistics businesses.
- Develop new industry verticals, partnership opportunities and sales channels.
- Lead negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Handle warm inbound leads to supplement new business generation.
- Coordinate with the Client Manager on task assignment and account oversight.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and accurate reporting through the CRM.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or B2B/B2C sales.
- Proven ability to source and acquire new clients independently.
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Self‑starter capable of working without close supervision.
- Own car and a valid UAE driving licence preferred.
