Customer Service Representative – Administrative Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative – Administrative Assistant to provide front‑line support to our customers across the UAE and Saudi Arabia while handling essential administrative tasks. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work independently from home and collaborate with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone and WhatsApp, delivering clear and helpful information.
• Troubleshoot basic issues, guide users through registration, onboarding and account access, and escalate complex cases.
• Document all interactions and outcomes in the CRM or support tracker.
• Perform data‑entry, update records, organise documents and maintain accurate files.
• Coordinate schedules, send meeting reminders and track attendance.
• Prepare simple reports such as daily support volume and status lists.
• Assist with onboarding coordination by verifying submitted forms and confirming completeness.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, virtual assistance, admin support or a call‑center environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and work independently.
