Customer Service Representative – Emiratized Role

About the role

Join First Abu Dhabi Bank as a Customer Service Representative in an Emiratized position. You will be the front‑line contact for clients, delivering accurate product information, resolving issues, and ensuring a high‑quality banking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and handle outbound outreach while adhering to quality guidelines.
• Resolve customer complaints within defined authority limits and escalate when necessary.
• Collect customer data, analyse needs, and recommend suitable FAB products.
• Achieve service‑standard targets and maintain high customer‑satisfaction scores.
• Generate new leads, cross‑sell and upsell FAB’s range of financial products.
• Update customer records, service requests and notes accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with bank policies and local regulations.
• Adapt to scheduled and unscheduled shift changes to meet service‑level and abandonment targets.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in the banking sector.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Professional attitude, punctuality and adherence to policies.
