Customer Service Representative – Dubai

About the role

Emirates Bio Farm L.L.C is looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle client inquiries, calls, emails and administrative tasks while delivering a professional and helpful experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information about the farm, bookings, activities, and services.
• Manage and follow up on customer requests and inquiries.
• Assist with quotations, bookings, and basic administrative tasks.
• Maintain organized records and customer information.
• Coordinate with other departments when needed to assist with customer requests.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and provide appropriate assistance.

Required profile

• Previous administrative or customer service experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; confident and professional.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Bilingual communication skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays based on operational needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Experience handling phone calls and email communications.
