Customer Solutions Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Solutions Manager to join Ookla’s Customer Solutions team in Dubai. The role combines telecom expertise, machine‑learning knowledge and data‑analysis skills to deliver high‑quality Wi‑Fi networking solutions for our most valued customers. You will act as the primary liaison, ensuring customers maximise the value of our product suite while driving adoption and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for top‑tier customers, building strong relationships across business and technical teams.
• Educate, train and support clients to optimise use of Ookla’s data products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and business issues, escalating within Ookla when necessary.
• Engage with C‑level executives to understand and address their strategic needs.
• Partner with sales to review account health, identify growth opportunities and support pre‑sales activities.
• Advocate customer requirements internally and participate in on‑site or virtual meetings.
• Leverage AI tools to automate reporting, analysis and workflow processes, and develop AI‑assisted dashboards and insights.
• Collaborate with product, data and engineering teams on AI‑driven use cases that enhance customer value.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telecom RF and machine‑learning environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex networking challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric attitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across global teams.
