Networking Systems Engineer – Hybrid (UAE)

About the role

This hybrid position requires you to work on average two days per week from an HPE office in Dubai. As a Pre‑Sales Networking Systems Engineer you will support major and public‑sector accounts in the UAE, helping customers design and implement advanced networking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Create and define a technological roadmap for assigned clients, focusing on HPE Networking priority areas.
• Document and propose technology solutions that meet customer business requirements.
• Implement and support Proof‑of‑Concept engagements to demonstrate solution value.
• Maintain knowledge of competitive offerings to strategically position HPE products.
• Collaborate with internal experts and HPE partners to develop and close complex deals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience; 8+ years in technical pre‑sales or post‑sales networking roles.
• Proven experience with major accounts in Abu Dhabi, especially in the public sector.
• Extensive networking expertise covering routing, switching, Wi‑Fi, security, SASE and network‑management platforms.
• Relevant certifications such as Juniper (JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP, JNCIE) and other Cisco/HPE credentials.
