Customer Success Account Manager Apprentice

About the role

The Customer Success Account Manager Apprentice will support Microsoft customers in adopting and optimizing our solutions. Working within the Tomoh Apprenticeship program, you will gain hands‑on experience in a post‑sales environment while developing industry knowledge across sectors such as Banking, Healthcare, or Manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers after sale.
• Promote technology adoption by demonstrating product features and best‑practice usage.
• Coordinate proactively with cross‑functional teams to resolve customer issues.
• Assist customers in optimizing utilization of Microsoft products and services.
• Participate in a structured six‑month training program that includes onboarding, technical skilling, and on‑the‑job assignments.

• Strong interest in customer success and technology adoption.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivation to learn Microsoft technologies and industry processes.
• Eligibility for the Tomoh Apprenticeship program, which targets Emirati talent.
