Customer Success Intern

About the role

Engage is building the operating system for property transactions in the UAE. As a Customer Success Intern you will join the customer success and product teams to turn new features into clear, client‑facing documentation that helps brokers and agents adopt the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Attend product walkthroughs with PMs and engineers to learn upcoming features.
• Test new functionalities and understand complex workflow interactions.
• Translate technical explanations into simple, jargon‑free language for non‑technical users.
• Write feature articles, how‑to guides, and other documentation that users can reference.
• Maintain and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy.

Required profile

• Current student or recent graduate with strong interest in real‑estate technology.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and ask clarifying questions.
• Motivation to work on live projects from day one.
