Customer Technical Support Engineer

About the role

Royex Technologies is seeking a Customer Technical Support Engineer to act as the bridge between clients and our development team. The role involves gathering client requirements, preparing technical proposals, and providing ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first technical point of contact for client queries, issues, and requirements.
• Attend client meetings (onsite and virtual) to collect project details and offer technical insights.
• Prepare detailed proposals, including specifications, workflows, and cost estimates.
• Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and product support as needed.
• Collaborate with internal development, sales, and project management teams to meet client expectations.
• Maintain strong client relationships through timely communication and support.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or project coordination.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client interactions efficiently.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of programming languages.
