IT Executive – Dubai

About the role

4Direction is urgently hiring an experienced IT Executive to join its team in Dubai. The role involves managing day‑to‑day IT operations, supporting users, maintaining infrastructure, and ensuring smooth performance of the company’s technology systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day IT support and resolve technical issues.
• Manage servers, cloud environments, backups, and IT security.
• Administer Microsoft 365, email systems, user accounts, laptops, printers, and network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, including bug fixes.
• Maintain IT assets, software licenses, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and external service providers.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and system support for Odoo ERP.
• Work with Odoo developers and vendors for updates, customisations, and integrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE IT experience preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem‑solving, communication and organisational abilities.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
