Cyber Field Engineer – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Pentera is seeking a Cyber Field Engineer to lead the full technical lifecycle for its customers in Abu Dhabi. You will combine hands‑on deployment expertise with deep cybersecurity knowledge to deliver automated security validation solutions in both on‑premise and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end onboarding of new customers, from architecture design to production deployment.
• Design, install, and configure Pentera across on‑prem, AWS, and Azure infrastructures.
• Conduct technical deep‑dives with security, SOC, IR, and IT teams to identify gaps and guide remediation.
• Collaborate with internal R&D, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to share best practices.
• Assist customers with hardware sizing, procurement, and virtualization setup to ensure optimal performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity engineering or field deployment.
• Strong communication skills to act as a trusted technical advisor for customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid on‑site/remote team.
