Cyber Security Consultant – Strategy/Transformation

About the role

EY is seeking Cyber Security Consultants to lead strategic and transformation initiatives across its MENA and GCC offices. The role involves extensive travel, stakeholder management, and execution of complex cross‑functional programs under the Cybersecurity Priorities portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and execute large, strategic cybersecurity initiatives, collaborating with senior leadership and diverse functional teams.
• Develop execution plans, drive actions, resolve issues, and monitor program KPIs to ensure successful delivery.
• Build high‑impact relationships with decision‑makers, understand stakeholder needs, and support business growth through new opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with excellent communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Experience working in a matrixed, multicultural environment and ability to prioritize and adapt quickly.
