CCTV Operator

About the role

This full-time, on-site position is based in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. The CCTV Operator will monitor live and recorded camera feeds to ensure the safety and security of guests, team members, and company property across the facility. The role supports emergency response procedures and contributes to a safe working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Observe multiple CCTV screens and identify suspicious or unsafe activities.
• Report incidents to appropriate personnel and maintain accurate logs and records.
• Perform regular checks and maintenance of CCTV equipment.
• Coordinate with security and operations teams to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Support emergency response procedures as needed.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to monitor CCTV systems accurately and respond promptly.
• Experience in basic security procedures, incident reporting, and coordination with security or facility management teams.
• Strong attention to detail, situational awareness, and ability to remain focused while monitoring multiple screens.
• Effective communication skills in English, with additional languages as an advantage.
• Availability for shift work, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and respect for confidentiality and privacy standards.
• Secondary school certificate or equivalent; relevant security or CCTV training/certification is beneficial.
