Cybersecurity & IT Infrastructure Manager (Server & Network)

About the role

The Cybersecurity & IT Infrastructure Manager will lead the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure and security for a high‑profile hospitality client in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to senior management, you will design policies, oversee server and network operations, and shape the organisation’s cybersecurity strategy across on‑premise and hybrid environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end IT infrastructure operations, including servers, networks, backups and monitoring.
• Define, implement and enforce IT security policies, standards and regular audits.
• Lead a team of IT professionals – recruitment, training, performance and technical development.
• Own identity and access management (IAM), privileged access governance (PAM) and mobile device management (MDM).
• Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Conduct incident investigations, threat modelling and vulnerability management.
• Promote a strong cybersecurity awareness culture across the organisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in IT infrastructure management with a strong cybersecurity focus.
• Proven track record of delivering IT projects in a client‑facing environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
