Cybersecurity Risk Manager – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an executive‑level Cybersecurity Risk Manager to design, scale, and govern an enterprise‑wide information and cyber risk framework for a premier global organization based in Dubai. The role will drive first‑line risk ownership, lead governance forums, and provide board‑level risk reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and continuously evolve a principles‑based risk management framework aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Shift the organization from qualitative assessments to advanced quantitative modeling, including probabilistic techniques and loss simulation.
• Lead cybersecurity risk committees and deliver data‑driven strategic risk reports to executive leadership and the Board.
• Prioritize risk across critical technology platforms, core business processes, third‑party entities, and emerging technologies such as Agentic AI.
• Drive first‑line risk ownership and lead awareness initiatives to counter emerging threats and social engineering.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 11+ years leading enterprise‑wide cybersecurity and information risk programs in complex, global environments.
• Preferred certifications: CRISC, CISM, CISA.
• Deep expertise in quantitative risk analysis and familiarity with global cybersecurity regulations.
• Experience in large, multi‑entity corporate structures or highly regulated industries is a plus.
