D365 ERP Senior Technical Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled D365 ERP Senior Technical Consultant to join our technology team in Dubai. You will lead the technical design, development, implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ensuring the platform meets our business needs and performs at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical design, development and implementation of customisations, extensions and integrations for D365 Finance & Operations.
• Create comprehensive technical design documentation based on functional requirements.
• Design and implement integrations between D365 F&O and other critical business systems.
• Manage data migration activities, including mapping, transformation and loading.
• Perform system performance analysis, tuning and optimisation.
• Provide expert‑level technical support and act as final escalation point for complex issues.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Extensive experience as a Technical Consultant or Developer with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or AX 2012).
• Strong understanding of D365 F&O architecture, data structures and core modules.
• Proven experience on full‑cycle D365 F&O implementation projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O development are highly desirable.
