Data Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join a globally recognized e‑commerce client. The role supports data‑driven decision‑making in a fast‑paced, technology‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Input, maintain, and update data across QuickSight dashboards, SharePoint, and Excel trackers.
• Own compliance data reporting, including regional Page 0 data and GOLD Mine dashboard metrics.
• Conduct regular data audits to resolve discrepancies between systems.
• Analyze datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and visualizations; define and monitor KPIs aligned with team objectives.
• Support evidence‑based decision‑making through timely and accurate reporting.
• Manage end‑to‑end participant enrollment and tracking for leadership development programs using iCIMS.
• Utilize and manage data tools such as Excel, SharePoint, QuickSight, and iCIMS.
• Assist in developing and optimizing data workflows and operational processes.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Data Science, HR, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data entry, data management, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Amazon QuickSight, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with HRIS or learning‑management systems like iCIMS or Cornerstone.
• Knowledge of SharePoint and cloud‑based collaboration tools.
• Automation or workflow‑optimization experience using VBA, Python, or SQL.
