Data Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our team in Dubai and help transform complex SAP and non‑SAP data sources into actionable business insights. You will work on our Azure‑based data platform, building scalable pipelines that support automotive analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and ingest new data sources, both structured and unstructured, into Azure.
• Design, develop, and test rapid prototypes to demonstrate data value.
• Collaborate with multiple engineering teams to integrate prototypes into core intelligence products.
• Maintain and optimise end‑to‑end data pipelines on Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse.
• Ensure data quality, completeness, and business relevance throughout the pipeline.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in Azure data engineering, with at least 5 years in relevant roles.
• Minimum 3 full‑cycle implementations of analytics capabilities on Azure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Automotive domain experience is mandatory.
